We assess your existing network against our supported standards. If equipment falls outside the network platforms we manage, replacement is required before it can be brought under service. Any required changes are identified and agreed with you in advance.
02Can you manage networks across multiple offices?
Yes. Multi-site management is a core part of the service. We connect your locations through managed VPN links and monitor all sites as one network, so an issue at a branch is visible before someone there calls in.
03What happens when something goes wrong outside business hours?
Monitoring may continue outside business hours. Any alerts or support requests received during that time are reviewed and handled during the next business hours.
04Do you manage the ISP relationship?
ISP services remain under the client’s account and ownership. Where the provider requires direct contact from the account holder, related requests and service actions must be handled by the client. EqanTech can be included in the communication where technical input, troubleshooting, or additional information is required.
05What if we want to expand or change our network later?
